This treaty is designed to uphold the existence of both involved groups, to ensure tranquility on
the message boards for both of the groups members, and maintain a friendly environment for the
members of both. The suggestion of this treaty does not originate from any feelings of enmity or
impending confrontation, but simply to prevent any problems that the future may hold in store from
the two developing groups.
HGML and ANARCHY are separate entities. No material may be posted on both groups websites,
other than material agreed upon by both groups.
People may be members of both groups, but not a member of the central governing body of both.
No member of either group will post any aggressive, irrelevant, or libelous message on, or in
any other ways spam, the other group's topics the MTGNews board.
If a member of both groups wishes to leave one, or a member of one group wishes to go to the
other instead, said member shall do so civilly and gracefully, without insult to any member(s)
of the group they are leaving. Any person who violates this shall not be accepted by the other
group.
Any sets produced by one group, all cards in those sets, and all original abilities on these
cards, shall not be put into the other group's sets. Similar cards may be used on occasion, but
liberal use of one group's material by the other indicates weakness in the latter group.
No characters from one group's stories may be used in another group's, nor may they appear
on any of the other group's cards.
No technical computer garbage shall be used to undermine, change, or otherwise access the
computer stuff attached to the other group.
This agreement shall be posted on both group's websites.
Single cases that infringe on any of these stipulations may be reviewed by representatives of
both groups uninvolved in the case.
Changes can be made to this agreement if both of the groups leaders agree to them.
